3rd step:
Sourcing Strategy is to get the related information in matter of business. 

4th step:
Screening and Selection is to choose among the best source data that is the most efficient and benefits to the organization.

Final step:
Relationship Management is to make all work or job that divided is efficient and done without any problems in all aspect.


Lastly, staffing can be related to human relationship.
