This made the picture looks very tidy, organized and efficient as every compartment of the closet has been assigned to a be a specific spot for a specific item. Hence! The same thing is being using in a management, whereby, It is the process of bringing together physical, financial and human resources and developing productive relationship among them for achievement of organizational goals.

Therefore, I will be focusing the importance of having an organized management!

Firstly! Well defined jobs -Organizational structure helps in putting right men on right job which can be done by selecting people for different departments according to their qualifications, skill and experience. This is helping in defining the jobs properly which clears up the role of every person.

Secondly! Clarifies authority - Organizational structure helps in clearing up the role positions to every manager (status quo). This can be done by clearing up the powers to every manager and the way he has to exercise those powers should be cleared up so that (wrong and bad use of) powers do not happen. Well defined jobs and responsibilities attached helps in bringing (wasting very little while working or producing something) into managers working. This helps in increasing working well and getting a lot done.

 

Finally! Co-ordination - Organization is a methods for making co-ordination among various divisions of the undertaking. It makes obvious connections among positions and guarantee common co-activity among people.
