The leader That You Admire The Most.

INTRODUCTION TO MANAGEMENT

If someone asks me, “ Who is the leader that you admire the most?”, I would proudly say  that Mukesh Ambani. He is one of the most famous and influenced  leader  in  in the world. He is also included in the world’s top 10 richest man in the world.

It was always a goal for him to beat Taiwan and Korea at polyester business. They were the dominant player in the business then. Soon he concluded that the scale of business has to be huge to achieve the goal. In spite of the license-quota raj and it strangling ways, Reliance polyester had built a capacity of 75,000 tonnes. Then came deregulation. The company leapfrogged into producing 1 million tonnes. The fast falling tariff rates helped too. The executives, numbering some 300 were top class and saw it it that the company grew steadily. This growth, the vision of Mukesh, set a world record.

Mukesh could see far into the future and pinpoint the businesses that would change the face of his company profile. Petrochemicals plastics, polyester were all in their net, all having a future. Expansion was not confined to India alone. It included the whole world. This huge plan for expansion coupled with huge cash flow enabled the company become what it is: a global giant by any standards.

IT's growth was foreseen by Mukesh as far back as in 1995 but he waited until the 2000s to plunge into it and made Reliance Infocomm a force to reckon with in the field.

The most important reason  that I admire him as a leader is because of  his great leadership skills in his business management. His parents was not rich, he is not able to study in good institution, in simple word he came from  nothing. But his determination ,  consistency and hard work payed him off now.

Now let me talk about  his unique management and leadership skills that most  leaders do not have.  Every single time in his business, he always give the importance  towards  the consumer.  He will make sure that his consumers and really satisfied with his service and product quality.

Beside that, he always get together with his workers to get feedbacks about his business plans or ideas just make sure that he can make good profit while all benefits from the idea. Additionally  he always encourage his workers to always do works in a team which can improve the revenue.

Last but not least, the most important thing that I admire from him is , even though he focuses more in making more profits, he still have some time and  money for the needy people around him as well as around the globe.

These are the few important  reasons that I admire Mukesh Ambani as a great leader in all aspects especially in the management. Therefore, I hope people out there can know about him well and  try to imply his tactics into our daily lifestyle to have a better one. Thank you.
