On 28-29 October 2017, Sepang Circuit has been shaken
by the Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix 2017 event, three categories being
contested which are Moto2, Moto3 and MotoGP. The actual event was held on 29 October,
Sunday starting at 12 noon. The presence of international riders such as Marc
Marquez, Valentino Rossi, Jorge Lorenzo and many others are the most waited. Despite
the lack of weather conditions but the spectators still support their favourite
racers. The spectators presented are not only from Malaysia, but there are
spectators and fans from Indonesia and Singapore who are willing to come to
Malaysia just to see their favourite racers in the circuit.
The event this year as more attractive and response
was very encouraging compared to last year.
The national rider, Hafizh Syahrin, has been ranked
sixth in the Moto2 and first place won by Red Bull rider’s, Miguel Oliveira.
Another
national rider for the Moto3 event, Adam Norrodin, has been ranked eleventh.
The famous rider, Marc Marquez has been ranked fourth
in the MotoGP event. The first place won by Ducati rider, Andrea Dovizioso and
the second place also won by Ducati rider, Jorge Lorenzo. Valentino Rossi
finished the race at the seventh place.
Not just that, at intervals between the events, the
show of motorcycle action was also held. Souvenirs and motorcycle booth were
also available.
