SWIMMING HAS MANY BENEFITS AS IT IS SPORT AND EXERCISE. THESE ARE FEW BENEFITS OF SWIMMING:
- CAN BE USED AS WORKOUT AS WHEN WE SWIM, ALL OF OUR MUSCLE WILL GO FLEX AND MOVE AT THE SAME TIME INCLUDING OUR ORGAN.
- CAN BE TAKE AS A COMPETITIVE SPORT. SOME PEOPLE GO SWIMMING TO RACE FOR THE FASTEST.
- INCREASE BREATHING CAPACITY AS WHEN WE SWIM, WE WILL INHALE A LOT OF OXYGEN. THIS WILL TRAIN OUR LUNGS TO INHALE MORE AIR CAPACITY.
- CAN BE USED DURING EMERGENCY. FOR INSTANCE, NOT EVERY PERSON CAN SWIM SO, THOSE WHO CAN SWIM ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THIS SKILLS.
- HELP MAINTAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCULAR BODY.
