Getting Fit Without Gym

                           Today, many of us are neglecting our health due to chasing wealth.  As known, the world economy is taking a dip thus, poeple are working harder, spending their overtime in offices and at workplace, nd etc.  By doing so,they are neglecting their health state.
                             People are too busy to exercise, and stay fit, as some say, its a total waste of time.  Some even declare, "whats the point of being healthy if i have no money"  Let me reverse the question, "whats the point of being rich, if you are not healthy?'.  Those negative minded, or also known as money minded people claims that, they have no time to hit the gym, or driving to a nearby park to exercise.  To them, its time consuming, and its not productive financially.  They are more concern in other aspects.  
                          Not just working individuals, but students as young as a teenager is also complaining on the lack of time for exercise.  To them, they have tons of assignment, homework, presentations, revisions and exams.  Hitting the gym will reduce their time on their schedule.  
                                                PUSH ALL YOUR WORRIES ASIDE !!!!
                          Gym is not the only place you can exercise or stay fit.  Yes for some, a proper gymnasium maybe located far away, or for some it consumes time.  Forget that.  Now you can stay fit by just spending 15 minutes daily on exercising at HOME !.  WHY CARRY WEIGHTS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHTS ! 
                          Below are a few exercise you can do daily at home.  Performing them just for 15 to 30 minutes a day will keep you fit, enhance your blood flow, and build you stronger muscles. 
 
1) Normal Push Ups - 10 reps,  (Increase reps as you advance)

2) Knuckle Push Ups - 10 reps (Increase reps as you advance)

3) Sit Ups - 10 reps,  (Increase reps  as you advance)

4) Clap Push Up - 10 Reps (Increase reps as you advance)

4) Leg Raise - 20 Reps (Increase reps as you advance)

5) Crunches - 20 reps (Increase reps as you advance)

6) Jumping Jacks - 20 reps (Increase reps as you advance)

7) Plank - 30 seconds (Increase time as advance)


               This are just the basic. For beginners performing this daily at home after bed or before bed will help to boost the immune system, blood flow, and keep us fit.  It will not be said as time consuming as it can be done at anyplace anytime providing the right mindset and the determination.  
              Once you are advanced, then you can try more vigorous once to further increase your bodys' physical appearance.
